These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BLOOM website (bloom.games or any subdomain), games (including FlyingBloom, Typing Bloom, and future titles), GreenDAO interface, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by BLOOM ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some jurisdictions) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. No Financial Advice

BLOOM is a decentralized gaming and community project. Nothing on the website, in the games, or in any communication constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Cryptocurrencies, tokens ($BLOOM), NFTs, and blockchain-based activities carry significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any financial consequences.

3. Wallet & Blockchain Interactions

When you connect a wallet (via WalletConnect, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.), you interact directly with public blockchains. We do not:

• control your private keys
• custody your funds
• have access to your wallet
• guarantee transaction success or security

All blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for securing your wallet and seed phrase.

4. User Content & Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Services for illegal activities
• Attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate games
• Harass, spam, or impersonate others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to harm the Services

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and games (logos, artwork, code, text) is owned by BLOOM or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Game assets you earn (scores, in-game items) are licensed to you for personal use only and have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated.

6. $BLOOM Token & GreenDAO

$BLOOM is a utility token for gaming, staking, and governance.

• Token value is highly volatile and may go to zero.
• GreenDAO proposals and votes are community-driven; we do not guarantee outcomes or execution.
• Funds allocated to ecological projects are sent to verified partners. We provide transparency via on-chain records and public reports, but we are not liable for partner performance.

7. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLOOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or tokens, even if advised of the possibility.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
