BLOOM ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you visit our website (bloom.games or any subdomain), play our games (FlyingBloom, Typing Bloom), connect a wallet, or interact with GreenDAO.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services:

• Wallet address — when you connect via WalletConnect, MetaMask, Trust Wallet or any other wallet.
• Gameplay data — scores, unlocked items, timestamps, session duration (stored anonymously or linked to your wallet if connected).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location (country level only) for analytics, security and anti-cheat purposes.
• Optional data — email or Telegram username (only if you voluntarily provide them for notifications, support or community features).

We do NOT collect:

• Full names, phone numbers, home addresses or any KYC data
• Private keys, seed phrases or any financial credentials
• Payment card details (we do not process fiat payments directly)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Operate and improve the website and games
• Display leaderboards, personal progress and achievements
• Prevent cheating, fraud and abuse
• Provide basic analytics (anonymized)
• Process DAO voting (when connected wallet)
• Send optional notifications (if you subscribed)

3. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We may share:

• Anonymized analytics data with tools such as Google Analytics, Plausible or similar (no personal identifiers)
• Public blockchain data (wallet address, transactions) — visible on-chain by design
• Data with service providers (hosting, analytics, anti-cheat) under strict confidentiality agreements

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption. Blockchain interactions are public by nature. We retain gameplay data only as long as necessary (usually up to 12 months after last activity). We use industry-standard security practices, but no system is 100% secure — especially in a blockchain environment.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You can disconnect your wallet at any time — this stops linking new data to your address. You can request deletion of your gameplay data (where technically possible) by contacting us. Note: on-chain data (wallet address, transactions) cannot be deleted or altered. You can opt out of analytics tracking via browser settings or our cookie banner (if implemented).

6. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site and games after changes constitutes acceptance.
